Basic Periodontal Therapy

Welcome to the

Welcome to the WSAVA Global Dental Committee's introduction to veterinary dentistry. These four modules present the most common oral pathologies in the dog and cat. They include: periodontal disease, fractured teeth, tooth resorption, malocclusions, cancer, and much more. In addition, the last module explores periodontal therapy for the general practitioner. Following this course, the practitioner will be well prepared to diagnose most oral conditions. Diagnostic and treatment recommendations are also presented for the various pathologies.
